This mix will help you create a light and fluffy bread, which rises as it bakes, holds its shape, and creates a dense seedy loaf of bread.

We make our bread mix using Australian almond meal, golden flaxseeds, psyllium husks, chia seeds, coconut flour and tapioca flour. This mix ensures the bread is free from grains, dairy and gluten, and provides you with 5g of fibre and 5g of protein per slice.

All you need to do is add 3 eggs, water and olive oil, mix it all together, allow to set for 5 min, shape into either a loaf or individual rolls and bake. It really is that easy!

This package will create 1 loaf or 8 individual rolls.

Ingredients: Organic golden flaxseeds [28%], blanched almond meal, organic tapioca flour, organic psyllium husk, organic chia seeds [9%], organic coconut flour and baking powder.
