Women's Balance Tea 50g by VALLEY TEA

A harmonious blend of herbs to assist in the symptoms of PMS and menopause. 

Ingredients: Schisandra, Sage, Rehmannia, Chaste Tree, Black Cohosh. 

*This product should not be consumed if pregnant.

Rehmannia: provides support for the adrenals in continuing the production oestrogen and is beneficial to any added stress. Is used to treat any menstrual disorders. Anaemia and dizziness. Inflammatory conditions which involves the immune system such as skin rashes, autoimmune disorders and allergies.
Cautions & contraindications – none known.

Chaste Tree: beneficial for symptoms similar to those experienced in PMS, amenorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea, ovulation problems which usually occur during perimenopause. Used in the treatment of benign breast conditions, post natal and menopausal depression, infertility, problems with lactation. Menopausal symptoms such as insomnia, migraines, mood swings.
Cautions & contraindications – not recommended if on other hormonal preparations or on IVF programs.

​Sage: antiseptic for the gut and respiratory system. Used for tonsillitis, inflammation in the mouth (internally or gargle/mouthwash), flatulent dyspepsia, menopausal symptoms including sweats.
Cautions & contraindications – not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.

Black Cohosh: used to treat menopausal symptoms, PMS and dysmenorrhoea. Also beneficial in the treatment of arthritis, bronchitis, tinnitus, neuralgia, hypertension.
Cautions & contraindications – contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Can cause gastric discomfort.

Schisandra: supports and protects the liver especially for women.  Also can assist with memory and concentration.  Assists with nervousness and increases physical and mental endurance.
