Supplements

Our supplement range is chosen the slow way. We look at what is actually in the tub or bottle, how it is made and whether customers come back for it. That is how brands like Teelixir, Switch Nutrition, Martin & Pleasance, Nutra Organics and Green Nutritionals ended up on our shelves.

You will find protein powders, collagen, medicinal mushrooms, magnesium, gut health, immune support, electrolytes and homeopathic tissue salts, plus plenty of single ingredients like creatine and glycine for people who like to keep things simple. If you are unsure what suits you, pop in and ask. We would rather you buy the right thing than the most expensive thing.
