How to use
- Headaches: apply 1–2 drops to the temples and neck.
- Travel sickness: rub 1–2 drops on the solar plexus, or 1 drop on the tongue.
- Congestion: add 2–5 drops to a steam inhalation.
- Backache: apply 3–5 drops directly to the affected area.
- Allergies: mix 1 drop into 1/8 teaspoon of honey.
Safety
Peppermint may irritate the skin and is not recommended during pregnancy (Spearmint is a safe alternative). Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting — follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Therapeutic plant oils support natural body processes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
