Absolute Essential Stress Less Essential Oil Blend is a gently relaxing blend to help in times of tension and pressure. It promotes sustained energy, calm focus and relaxation.
What is in the blend
Lemon, Lavender Sweet, Bergamot, Cedarwood Atlas, Amyris (wild) and Australian Sandalwood.
How to use
- Diffuser: add 8–10 drops.
- Bath: add 8–10 drops.
- Topical: place 1 drop on pulse points and the nape of the neck (not for sensitive skin).
- Massage: add 5 drops to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil.
Safety
Safe to use alongside other medication where necessary. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting — follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Therapeutic plant oils support natural body processes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
This blend does not contain nut oils, however the place of manufacture also handles nut oils and gluten-containing oils.
