Absolute Essential Uplift Essential Oil Blend is a bright, upbeat blend to help support a positive mood. It is great for balancing and shifting perspective.

What is in the blend

Grapefruit*, Rosemary Cineol*, Petitgrain Bigarade*, Lemon*, Bergamot*, Lime* (*certified organic).

• Lemon (Citrus limonum) — to inspire positive thinking.
• Lime (Citrus aurantifolia) — to restore humour, enliven and uplift.
• Bergamot (Citrus aurantium var. bergamia) — to support balance during a crisis.
• Petitgrain Bigarade (Citrus aurantium) — to create a happy mood and aid relaxation.

How to use

• Diffuser: add 5–10 drops.
• Bath: add 5–10 drops to half a cup of milk and pour into running bath water.
• Topical: apply 1 drop to pulse points and repeat as needed.

Safety

Safe when applied as directed, and safe to use alongside other medication where necessary. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting — follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Therapeutic plant oils support natural body processes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

This blend does not contain nut oils, however the place of manufacture also handles nut oils and gluten-containing oils.
