Ayurvedic Kitchari with White Rice 300g by GARDEN OF VEGAN
Inspired by traditional Ayurvedic nutritional philosophy, this Kitchari is easy to digest, said to have gut healing properties and ia full of essential vitamins and minerals designed to promote balance and support wellbeing.
We have used a warming organic herbal blend including ginger, fennel, coriander, fenugreek and turmeric.
Made from a combination of moong dahl and chana dahl, with our signature vegetable broth and whole seasonal vegetables. We have also added a splash of coconut cream which is designed to help carry the nutrients for optimal absorption without adding excessive saturated fat.
Many yogis enjoy this dish for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. It is also often used in Panchakarma or kitchari cleanses.
A weekly staple that is nourishing and pleasant to eat.
