Melt in your mouth, organic 70% dark chocolate bar. This is the couverture chocolate we use across all of our dark chocolate range. It is made in Swiss tradition using organically grown, higher than fair trade beans from cacao grown in Bolivia and the Dominican Republic and organic rapadura (evaporated whole cane) sugar from Brazil. Perfect for sharing, using in your favourite recipe or as a cheeky treat.
