A supportive and nourishing blend of herbs to assist the body to cleanse, detoxify and decrease sugar cravings.

Ingredients: Nettle, Bladderwrack, Rhubarb root, Blue Flag, Gymnema, Hibiscus, Jasmine flowers, Chen Pi, Dandelion root​.

Chen Pi: (Chinese) the peel from mandarin or tangerine - useful when used for poor digestion and also nausea.

Rhubarb Root:  is a laxative used on its own for short term constipation.

Blue Flag:  may assist with weight loss. Support the lymphatic system, is a mild laxative & diuretic.

Gymnema: helps to regulate blood sugar levels. Can suppress appetite & takes away craving for sweets by numbing sweet taste buds.
Cautions & Contra-indications:  be cautious if hypoglycemic & seek advice from healthcare practitioner if taking Insulin.

Dandelion Root: Liver & gallbladder support. Can also assist with dyspepsia & constipation.
