Tostaditas Flat Taco Shells 250g by EL CIELO

Deep fried tortillas become “tostadas” that are used as a base for the traditional Mexican dish with the same name.

The only authentic Mexican tostadas available in Australia, made with our nixtamalized fresh corn tortillas and fried in premium rice bran oil, giving our tostaditas their crispy and delicious taste.

An ideal entree, our tostaditas are 9cm tortillas deep fried in the best quality Rice Bran Oil.

The basics to a good tostada are:

• a layer of refried beans (black or bayo)
• a layer of finely chopped lettuce
• a layer of pork, chicken, shrimps or mushrooms
• a layer of your favourite salsa
• a dash of queso fresco or feta cheese

Ingredients: Australian grown white corn, calcium propionate, trace of lime. Cooked in rice bran oil.
