Fish Sauce 500ml by RED BOAT
Red Boat Fish Sauce is made from two simple ingredients, black anchovy and sea salt. It is the first press of the anchovy that creates this fish sauce. It has NO added water, NO MSG and NO artificial flavours, fillers or preservatives.
Fish sauce is numbered for its protein levels, and the Red Boat 40°N rating is the highest in the US and Australian market. It is packed with B vitamins and minerals. Give your dish that unique 'umami' flavour. Include it in Asian cooking, Ceasar salad, pasta, braised dishes and seafood recipes.
The black anchovy are wild caught from crystal clear waters off Phu Quoc island archipelago and once pressed, the sauce is slow fermented in large tropical wood barrels to achieve the smooth, rich and sweet flavour in the sauce.
The sauce is shelf stable but requires refrigeration after opening.
