Activated Silica Drops 45ml by GRASSES OF LIFE
Grasses of Life Activated Silica is a liquid silica concentrate that goes into a glass of water a few drops at a time. Silica is the mineral people come looking for when they are working on hair, skin and nails, and the drops are an easy way to take it if you would rather not swallow another capsule.

Directions for use
Adults: 4 to 8 drops in 250ml of water, three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Children: half the adult dose, to a maximum of 8 drops daily.
Warnings
This is a strongly alkaline concentrate, so always dilute it in water and never take it neat. Store below 25 degrees, somewhere cool and dry, and keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
