Absolute Essential Clary Sage Essential Oil is a refreshing and relaxing plant distillation that may support hormone balance and can be an excellent tonic for healthy skin.

How to use
- Hormone balance: add 5 drops to half a cup of full-cream milk and add to a bath (no longer than 15 minutes), or apply a warm compress with 5 drops to the lower back every other night.
- Through the cycle: add 5 drops to a bath or diffuser every other night for at least one full cycle.
- Stress: add 5 drops to a diffuser, or massage using 1 drop per 2 teaspoons of carrier oil.
- Skin tonic: 1–2 drops on a warm facial compress, or 5 drops stirred into 20g of face cream.
Safety
Avoid during pregnancy. Not suitable for children. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting — follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Therapeutic plant oils support natural body processes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
