This earthy chai tea blend, based on dandelion and chicory root, is perfectly balanced with traditional chai spices. Herbs in this blend, including cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, have traditionally been used to support healthy digestive function, aid detoxification and improve circulation. Naturally caffeine free, this is a warming, invigorating and grounding chai, which can be enjoyed anytime of the day. This blend is caffeine free.
How to brew
Use roughly one teaspoon per cup, steep in freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes, then strain. Can be re-steeped.
