About this blend
Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support healthy metabolism. Cinnamon and gymnema have traditionally been used to support healthy metabolic function, stabilise blood sugar levels, and help curb sugar cravings. This tea offers a slightly sweet flavour, with subtle hints of earthy cinnamon and mint.
How to brew
Steep one pyramid tea bag in freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes, or longer to taste. Can be re-steeped.
