How to use
- Skin healing, cuts and grazes: apply 2–5 drops directly.
- Sleep: add 10 drops to a bath or diffuser.
- Bruising: apply 1–2 drops.
- Sunburn: apply 3–5 drops.
- Children 5 years and over: use half doses.
Safety
Lavender is one of the safest essential oils when used as directed, and is safe alongside other medication. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting — follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Therapeutic plant oils support natural body processes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
