How to use
- Deodorising and insect repellent: diffuse directly into the room.
- Fluid retention: add 5 drops to a foot bath, repeating as often as required.
- Sports massage: add 5–10 drops to your preferred massage carrier.
- Temperature regulation: add 5–10 drops to a tepid bath, or to sweet almond oil and rub over the body (baths no longer than 15 minutes).
Safety
Safe when used as directed. May cause irritation on sensitive skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting — follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Therapeutic plant oils support natural body processes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
