Thankfully Nourished Marine Collagen is a hydrolysed marine collagen powder made from wild caught Alaskan cod. It is enzyme hydrolysed rather than heat or chemical processed, which is why it goes into a glass of water without much taste or smell at all.

Directions for use
Add 2 teaspoons (about 5g) to a glass and top with water or juice, then mix well. Best taken once or twice a day, with or without food.

Contains fish. Not recommended during pregnancy. Store in a cool, dry place. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
