Pasta Natura Organic 100% Buckwheat Penne 250g — Pasta Natura specialise in making traditional high quality Italian pasta using gluten free flours. All pastas are bronze cut and are dried slowly at low temperature.

This helps create a rough and porous texture ensuring pasta sauces will stick to the pasta, whilst holding its texture when cooked. Whilst also ensuring each pasta maintains its nutritional properties. Pastas are made from only water and the gluten free flours.
