About this product
The natural dietary fibre is low FODMAP and suitable for IBS patients. The PHGG is naturally enzymatically hydrolysed to break the viscosity of the Guar Gum into smaller soluble units that dissolve more easily in water. PHGG is a colourless and odourless dietary fibre which contributes to regular laxation (bowel movements) and a valuable prebiotic to support microflora balance, digestive health, intestinal comfort.
