Pure Manuka MGO 514+ 250g by KING ISLAND
King Island Pure Manuka Honey MGO 514+ is a golden, monofloral honey ethically harvested from the pristine wilderness of King Island, in Bass Strait off Tasmania. It is made by bees working wild stands of the Australian native Leptospermum scoparium.
Why MGO matters
MGO stands for methylglyoxal, the naturally occurring compound that gives manuka honey its reputation. Every jar is tested by the University of the Sunshine Coast for purity and potency, and guarantees at least 514mg of MGO per kilogram.
How to enjoy it
A spoonful in your morning tea, as pre-workout fuel, or simply as a daily wellness ritual. Its smooth texture and rich, slightly caramel taste also make it lovely straight off the spoon or over yoghurt.
