Bob's Red Mill Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix is their gluten free pancake mix, made in a dedicated gluten free mill. Add milk, eggs and a little butter or oil and you have a stack of light, fluffy pancakes or crisp waffles with no fuss.

How to use it
Whisk the mix with your choice of milk (dairy, soy, rice, oat or almond all work), eggs and melted butter or oil, then cook on a hot greased pan or waffle iron. Full directions are on the pack.
Blueberries, choc chips or a pinch of cinnamon stirred through the batter never go astray.
