The Stock Merchant MSC Anchovies in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil are wild Cantabrian Sea anchovies, filleted and cured the traditional way. These are the good ones, the sort that make a salad dressing or a pasta sauce taste like it came out of a restaurant kitchen.

A note on salt
