Honest to Goodness Organic Red Split Lentils are hulled and split, so they cook in well under half an hour and break down rather than holding their shape. That makes them just right for dhal, purees and thick soups.

Ingredients

How to use it
Rinse, then simmer in water or stock until soft and collapsing, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use for dhal and curries, stir into soups and stews, or use in place of some of the meat in a bolognese or curry.
