NutriVital Zinc Capsules provide 25mg of elemental zinc per capsule from three forms: zinc glycinate, zinc citrate and polaprezinc. It is a once daily vegan capsule.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains zinc glycinate 32.65mg (equiv. to zinc 10mg), zinc citrate dihydrate 24.92mg (equiv. to zinc 8mg), polaprezinc 31.12mg (equiv. to zinc 7mg). Total elemental zinc per capsule: 25mg.
How to use it
Adults: take 1 capsule once daily with water. Store below 25C in a dry place away from sunlight. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
