Lotus Organic Potato Flour is a fine white potato starch for thickening sauces, soups and stews and for gluten free baking. It thickens without changing the flavour of your dish.

- Fine powder that dissolves smoothly in hot or cold liquids
Ingredients
Potato starch, preservative 222 (potassium bisulphite).
How to use it
As a guide, 1 tablespoon thickens 250ml of liquid. Mix with cold water before adding to hot liquids so it does not go lumpy. For baking, combine with gluten free flours and xanthan gum. Store in a cool, dry place, reseal tightly and use within 12 months of opening.
