Includes 8 all-natural ingredients: Australian macadamias & almonds high in healthy fats Protein rich quinoa 86% premium whole grains, nuts & seeds Fibre rich polenta & flaxseeds for gut health Hint of cinnamon Preparation Microwave: Combine 1/3 cup porridge & 2/3 cup water in a bowl and cook on high for 2 min, remove then stir for 30 sec.
