Lotus Rice Bran Fine is finely milled bran from the outer layer of the rice grain, lightly steamed to keep it fresh. It has a nutty flavour and is an easy way to add fibre to breakfasts and baking.

How to use it
Sprinkle over cereal or yoghurt, or add to muffins, cakes and biscuit mixes. Store airtight in a cool, dry place and refrigerate after opening.
