Suggested uses

As suggested by the manufacturer:

• Diffuse in the evening to wind down
• Blend into a carrier oil for a relaxing massage
• Pairs well with citrus oils, which lighten it

For external use only and not to be taken internally. Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin, and patch test first. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children. Check with a qualified practitioner before using essential oils during pregnancy or on young children.
