Bread & Wraps

Finding a decent wrap that is gluten free, grain free or just made with good ingredients is harder than it should be, so we keep a few reliable options. Nuco raw coconut wraps are a favourite for paleo eaters, Ancient Harvest makes spelt and buckwheat wraps, and Mi Rancho organic corn tortillas are the real deal for taco night.

You will also find rice paper sheets, organic taco shells, paleo flaxseed wraps and spelt or oat breadcrumbs. Most of these keep well in the pantry or freezer, so it is worth grabbing a couple next time you are in.
