Denmar International Colon Cleanse is a magnesium powder made from magnesium oxide and magnesium carbonate, for adults. See the label for the indications.

- Each 2g metric teaspoon (5ml) provides 1.065g of magnesium
- From magnesium oxide (heavy) 1.6g and magnesium carbonate (heavy) 400mg per 2g
- Powder format, stirred into water

Ingredients
Per 2g (one 5ml metric teaspoon): magnesium 1.065g from magnesium oxide (heavy) 1.600g, magnesium carbonate (heavy) 400mg.
How to use it
Add one 5ml metric teaspoon to a glass of water, stir thoroughly and drink. Take once daily for up to one week, then every other day for one more week only if required. Drink plenty of water. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Warnings
Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before use. This product liquefies the stool and produces a bowel movement within half an hour to six hours, so easy access to a bathroom is advisable for several hours after each dose. Do not use if the cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
