Marlivale Farm Dryland Medium Grain Brown Rice is Tachiminori, a Japanese upland variety grown in the Nimbin Valley. It holds its shape when cooked with a firm bite, and is the farm's most versatile rice, good for everything from sushi to salads.

- Grown seasonally in the Nimbin Valley, at Goolmangar in northern NSW
- Dryland rice fed by natural rainfall
- Insecticide free and gluten free
- Not fumigated, so it is a fresh seasonal grain
Warnings
Keep in the fridge or freezer, as the rice is not fumigated, and use within twelve months.
