Marlivale Farm Dryland Medium Grain White Rice is a Tachiminori rice grown on natural rainfall in the Nimbin Valley in northern NSW. It cooks quickly and holds its shape with a firm bite.

- Japanese upland Tachiminori variety, grown in Goolmangar
- Dryland grown, fed by natural rainfall
- Polished leaving about 10% of the bran on the grain for quick cooking and a slightly nutty taste
- Holds its structure when cooked, for a firm bite
- Not fumigated
How to use it
A versatile rice for sushi, salads and everything in between. Keep in the fridge or freezer, as the rice is not fumigated, and use within twelve months.
