The Gluten Free Food Co Gluten Free Pasta Conchiglie are classic pasta shells made from just rice flour and maize flour. They are bronze die drawn and slowly dried at a low heat.

Ingredients
Rice flour, maize flour.
How to use it
Bring 2L salted water to a rapid boil. Add the pasta and stir to separate. Boil for about 13 minutes, testing for al dente at 9 minutes. Drain without rinsing and add to your sauce. Keep opened pasta sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
