The Broth Sisters Mushroom Stock Concentrate with Lions Mane is a stock concentrate made with portobello, shiitake and lion's mane mushrooms, with garlic, balsamic and thyme. Use it in place of stock cubes, powders and liquid stocks.

Ingredients
Mushrooms (69%) (portobello, shiitake, lion's mane), solar evaporated sea salt, onion, balsamic vinegar, white balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, extra virgin olive oil.
How to use it
Add 1 teaspoon to 250ml of hot water for a full flavoured stock, or add a teaspoon straight into stuffings, gravies, marinades, dressings and sauces. Also good in soups, risottos, casseroles and cooked grains.
