My Way Up Daily Gut is a gut health powder that combines prebiotic fibres, probiotics, L-glutamine and soothing plant extracts.

As described by the manufacturer:
- Partially hydrolysed guar gum and acacia fibre as prebiotics
- Bacillus coagulans and Saccharomyces boulardii
- L-glutamine
- Marshmallow root, aloe vera and pomegranate
How to use it
Mix into water or a smoothie, as directed on the label.
