Nature's Sunshine Burdock is dried burdock root, powdered and put into capsules. Burdock has a long history in Western herbal medicine and this is the straightforward single herb version, 100 capsules per bottle.

Health indications

Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

• Reduce and relieve the symptoms of mild eczema and dermatitis
• Purify and cleanse the blood
• Relieve mild rheumatic aches and pains

Each capsule contains

• Arctium lappa (Burdock) root powder 410mg

Directions for use

Adults: take 3 to 4 capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars, salt or wheat products, and no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Gelatin capsules.

Warnings
