Nature's Sunshine Echinacea is echinacea root, dried and powdered into capsules. It is the herb people come in asking for the moment the office starts coughing, and this is the plain single herb version, 100 capsules per bottle.

Directions for use

Adults: take 2 capsules twice daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
