Nature's Sunshine Vitamin C 1000 Time Release delivers 1000mg of vitamin C per tablet in a time-release form, together with rose hips and citrus bioflavonoids. Citrus fruits are naturally high in bioflavonoids.

Directions for use
Adults: take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
