Sourdough Mama Organic Gluten Free Sourdough Bread Mix has all the dry ingredients for a home baked sourdough loaf in one bag: buckwheat, sorghum and tapioca flours with potato starch, psyllium husk and flaxseed.

Ingredients
Organic buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, psyllium husk, flaxseed.
How to use it
You will need 310g active gluten free sourdough starter, 350g filtered water and 1.5 tsp salt. Follow the full method on the pack.
Warnings
If you must avoid gluten, use a gluten free starter, as the starter goes into the loaf.
