Untamed Health Broccoli Microgreen Seeds are sprouting seeds for growing your own broccoli sprouts and microgreens at home, ready to eat within days.

Good to know

As described by the manufacturer:

• Grow pesticide free sprouts in your own kitchen
• A small amount of seed gives a lot of sprouts
• Cuts down on packaged store bought sprouts

How to use it

Soak, rinse and drain the seeds in a sprouting jar or tray, rinsing twice a day until sprouted. Add to salads, sandwiches and bowls.

Warnings

Keep everything clean while sprouting and refrigerate sprouts once grown.
