Vrindavan Self Adhesive Abdominal Patches take the mess out of castor oil packs. Each cotton patch has a gentle adhesive edge, so you add a few drops of castor oil to the centre, press it on, and it stays put instead of leaking onto your clothes and sheets.

How to use it

Add a few drops of castor oil to the centre of the patch, apply to clean skin over the area you want, and peel off when you are done. Castor oil is sold separately.
