Lotus Organic Guar Gum is a certified organic thickener and binder for gluten free baking. Blended into gluten free flour, it helps hold breads, cakes, biscuits and muffins together.

How to use it
Blend a small amount into gluten free flour before adding liquid. Check the label for amounts. Reseal and store in a cool, dry place.
