AKN Organics Cassava Flour is a gluten free, grain free flour made from the whole cassava root. It has a mild flavour and fine texture that comes close to wheat flour.

How to use it

Use in gluten free bread, pancakes and muffins, tortillas and flatbreads, or to thicken sauces and gravies. Some recipes swap it one for one with wheat flour, though results can vary.
