Fibre Boost Cold Pressed Whey Protein Bar, Peanut Choc Caramel is a high protein, high fibre bar, cold pressed rather than baked. It brings together peanuts, cacao and a caramel style finish.

- Sweetened with steviol glycosides rather than sugar

How to use it
Eat one bar straight from the wrapper as a snack between meals or after training. Introduce high fibre foods gradually and drink plenty of water. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
