Absolute Essential Deep Sleep Essential Oil Blend is a natural, deeply relaxing blend that supports restorative and restful sleep.

What is in the blend

Orange Sweet*, Lavender Sweet*, Lavender True*, Ylang Ylang*, Marjoram French*, Mandarin*, Chamomile Roman* (*certified organic).

• Marjoram French — comforts and quiets the mind.
• Lavender True — calms, soothes and promotes relaxation.
• Chamomile Roman — promotes deep relaxation.
• Mandarin — invigorates and inspires.

How to use

• Insomnia: diffuse 10 drops for 10 minutes and repeat as needed; or apply 1–2 drops to the wrists and back of the neck; or add 10 drops to a bath (no longer than 15 minutes); or blend 10 drops into half a teaspoon of body cream and massage into the neck and back before sleep.
• Restful sleep: apply 3–5 drops to the feet before bed, or diffuse 10 drops for 10 minutes and refresh as needed.

Safety

Not for infants and not for use during pregnancy. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting — follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Therapeutic plant oils support natural body processes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

This blend does not contain nut oils, however the place of manufacture also handles nut oils and gluten-containing oils.
