Honest to Goodness Organic White Quinoa is certified organic quinoa sourced from Bolivia, its traditional home. Packed with dietary fibre and protein, it is a great option for anyone avoiding wheat or looking for an alternative to rice.
How to cook it
Rinse well, then simmer one part quinoa to two parts water for about 12–15 minutes until the grains are translucent and the little spiral germ has uncurled. Fluff with a fork and rest for 5 minutes.
