Aloe (Aloe ferox) leaf inner juice 133.34mg, Senna (Cassia angustifolia) leaf 133.34mg, Rhubarb (Rheum officinale) root and rhizome 133.34mg, Myrrh (Commiphora molmol) stem bark oleoresin 85.72mg, Zedoary (Curcuma zedoaria) rhizome 152.38mg, Manna ash (Fraxinus ornus) stem bark oleoresin 133.34mg, Carline thistle (Carlina acaulis) root 66.66mg, Angelica (Angelica archangelica) root and rhizome 152.38mg, Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) root and rhizome 19.06mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root, rhizome and stolon 19.06mg, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) inner stem bark 19.06mg, Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) fruit 19.06mg, Saffron (Crocus sativus) stigma and style 2.66mg. How to use it
Adults: take 20mL in 100mL of water, juice or herbal tea, 30 minutes before meals, three times daily. Store below 30 degrees C. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
