Arnica 30c Chewable Tablets (130) by NUTRIVITAL
NutriVital Homeopathic Arnica 30C is a chewable homeopathic preparation of Arnica montana. In homeopathy, arnica is traditionally used after knocks, bruising and strenuous exercise.

How to use it
Adults and children 2 years and over: take 2 tablets every 2 to 3 hours between meals until symptoms subside, then after 3 days reduce to 2 tablets twice daily. Chew, or place under the tongue to dissolve. Or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warnings
Contains naturally occurring lactose. Store below 30C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
