How to use
- Sinus congestion: add 5–10 drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply for 5 minutes.
- Respiration support: add 20 drops to a quarter teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply three times a day.
- Muscle care: mix 5–20 drops with a little massage cream or olive oil and rub in vigorously.
- Fabric softener: add 5 drops to a wool hand wash, or 10 drops to the rinse cycle.
Safety
May irritate sensitive skin and is not suitable for children under 6 years. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting — follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. Therapeutic plant oils support natural body processes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
